What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of Happy Wraps purchased directly from happywrap.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price no questions asked. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. However, if you are exchanging your item we will re-ship your new item, within the U.S., via standard rate shipping at no additional charge to you.

Please be advised, if you purchased your Happy Wrap from a retail partner, you are subject to their return policies.

How can I return my order?

Please email us at [email protected] to begin the return process. Please provide us with your order number (if available) and the email address you used to place the order. Once your return is approved you will need to ship the product back to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. When we receive the item back we will issue a refund within 24 hours to the original payment method. It will usually take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card.

To what countries do you ship?

We will gladly ship your order to any country for which the United States Post Office offers insurance.

Where else can I buy a Happy Wrap?

Happy Wraps are available to purchase through many local retailers. Check back soon to find a list of retailers in your area. If you are interested in becoming a wholesaler, please contact us.

When will I receive my order?

Items that are in stock will ship within 24 hours of ordering (except on weekends or holidays). Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs delays and fees.

My tracking information says my package has been delivered but I haven’t received it. What can I do?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to see if they can offer any support in locating the package.
